Prices and Payments

Following the initial consultation we provide you with a no obligation quote for our services. As each couples requirements are different we cannot fix a rate but offer a flat fee based on the levels of work involved and the size of the wedding.

Any savings that are made by us from vendors will be passed directly onto you.

It may be possible to provide an estimate for some of our smaller services by phone or email.

Payment Terms

Once you have accepted our quote the following payment terms will apply when engaging our services.

• Full payment is required for our venue & vendor sourcing and our design & décor services.
  
• Our wedding day attendance requires a 50% deposit, followed by the remaining 50% six weeks before the wedding day.
  
• Our full wedding planning service requires a 40% deposit followed by a further 30% to be paid six months before the wedding day with the remaining 30% paid eight weeks before the wedding day.

Currently our fees are not subject to VAT.
